Can I arrange an inspection before buying from a private seller?
Yes, subject to the seller allowing access and an appointment being available. Coordinate with the seller and call the shop before arranging the visit.
Is this the same as an MPI safety inspection?
This service is a pre-purchase condition assessment. Do not assume it includes an official safety certificate. Ask the shop separately about any certification you require.
Will the inspection tell me whether to buy the car?
